Bear Behaving Badly!

While I was walking through this park, I noticed someone had abandoned this teddy bear on a park bench. I had to take a photo of it.

I then emailed the photo to my friends and asked them to suggest funny captions and the funniest will receive a prize - another selfie of yours truly.

The winning caption was: "Bear Behaving Badly!" I chose that one because the bear looked like he's suffering the after-effects of a night on the razzle. Maybe, he was still trying to come to terms with England being knocked out of the World Cup.

Thanks, guys, for your funny captions.

Child Support

While I was sitting on a bench enjoying the sunshine, I eavesdropped a conversation a young man was having. He mentioned the CSA (Child Support Agency). He was complaining to whoever he was chatting to about paying child support.

The CSA was set up to ensure kids received financial support and maintenance from their parents. I agree, in principle, with the idea. Kids are a huge responsibility. If you're going to have them, you have to take full responsibility for their care whether you raise your kids together as a family unit or not.

It got me thinking about the Creator of the Universe. It's not enough for the Creator to just set up the Universe and leave His children to fend for themselves, we must demand that He takes full responsibility.

He who gives us the power of thoughts must teach us how to use them.
He who gives us needs and desires must fulfill those desires or show us how to manifest them.
He who gives us life must sustain us and provide for all our needs.

I demand and expect constant support from the Creator at all times.

Needle Work

When I took out the needle from the box where my mother keeps all her sewing stuff, I noticed the needle I wanted to use already had a blue thread on it.  I thought to myself that mum must have been using it.  I bet she prayed again for help in threading the needle as she can't do it even with her glasses on.
Although the top I wanted to repair was black, I couldn't be bothered to change the thread. I decided to use it but it didn't come out right. I undid the stitches and I took out the black thread. Before I threaded the needle, I prayed for help to thread the needle. In seconds, I was ready to go.
After I had finished sewing, I said to mum "I see you've been asking the Big Man Upstairs for help again?"
"What do you mean?"  she said.
"You did ask God to help thread the needle for you recently, didn't you?"
"Yes, I did! It was when I was sewing my trousers. Just as I was about to pray for God to help, I noticed this long thread already on the needle and it was the exact colour of my trousers. I thanked God for answering my prayer."
It was then I remembered that the last time I had used the needle was to repair my jeans and I had used a blue thread.  Since I was the last person to use the thread, how did I know my mother had asked God for help when the same colour thread was still in the needle?
I must have sensed her prayer.
I'm glad my mother's prayer was answered through me.

Vision of Love
I have a vision of a reality where regardless of how things appear, nothing causes any harm, no one gets injured, and everything is always working perfectly.

I watched a programme on television recently where the presenter entered this competition to eat as many nettles as you can in an hour. As it was the presenter's first attempt, he asked the world record holder for any tips. He was advised to lose his fear of nettles. When he did, he found the nettles tasted more like some kind of green vegetables. The presenter did very well, considering.

I have been "stung" a few times by nettles and have reversed the effect by remembering that Love is all there is. In other words, Love took the sting out of the nettles.

Imagine if everyone was living with the awareness that "Love is All There Is", then we would have no fear of diseases or injuries.

At some point during my bus journey this morning, I heard a bang and gasps from the passengers. When I looked outside I saw a cyclist had been run over by a car. I reminded myself of Love's omnipresence. The cyclist got up and crossed the road and sat in front of a shop. There were other people around him giving him support: someone pushed his bike while another guy offered him some water. I knew he was OK.

Just as the next bus I was on was about to move away from the stop, I noticed a man running to catch it but his mobile phone fell out of his pocket. While he was picking up the pieces of his phone, I wished for the driver to wait for him. The driver did. During the journey, he sat in front of me. I watched him putting his mobile together again. I wished for his phone to work perfectly. He phoned someone and asked if they could hear him. After he'd finished his conversation I said to him: "I'm glad your mobile is still working."

"Thank you," he smiled.

I have a vision of a reality where regardless of how things appear, nothing causes any harm, no one gets injured, and everything is always working perfectly. That reality is now.

My Good Always Comes to Me

"If I ever go looking for my heart's desire again, I won't look any further than my own backyard. Because if it isn't there, I never really lost it to begin with!" ~~ Dorothy, The Wizard of Oz
A few months back, a friend wanted to meet up and we arranged to meet up the next day but she cancelled at the last minute. We tried for the next day but it didn't happen. After that, I didn't hear from my friend again and I didn't contact her either. I figured I will see her again when the time is right.

While I was at this library, I saw this woman working on a table in front of me. It was only when she turned round that I realised it was my friend. She said she'd noticed me earlier but didn't think it was me as I don't usually go to that library. I told her I was using their Wifi. It was good to see my friend again. After chatting for a few minutes and taking a selfie of us together, I promised to link up with her soon.

On the way home, as I was crossing this traffic light, I noticed a pink van waiting. As I love seeing pink cars (which are still rare in London) it was wonderful to see one so close to me. The pink van even drove up the road I was walking on.

As you can see, I didn't have to go looking for my friend or the pink van, they came to me.

Speaking of things coming to me, many years ago, I met this random guy at the bookshop who had a message for me. He gazed into my eyes and repeated: "Don't go looking for love, love will come to you." Because I was still hurting after the end of a relationship, I had presumed he was referring to romantic love. It was only later that I realised that he had meant Love/my good i.e. what I truly love, things and experiences that are good for me and the desires of my heart. In other words, he was saying don't go chasing your good, your good will come to you.

Over the years, I have observed that is how Love works. Love brings my heart's desires to my "doorstep", effortlessly. I've also observed that it's not a good idea to try and make something work. Instead of forcing it, let it go. If it's my good, it will come to me. If not, something similar or better will come.

My good always comes to me.

The Roof Garden

I have a friend I sometimes see at the library who is constantly keeping me up to date about free events in London. He recently told me about a roof garden on top of this department store and an exhibition at the same store. I was really interested in the roof garden and started thinking about who would be the ideal friend to hang out with at the garden.

The next day, I was Inspired to send e-cards to some friends. One friend asked if I wanted to meet up for coffee the following week. I sent him a link to the roof garden and asked whether he fancied meeting up there.  After a couple of days and still no response, I figured he wasn't interested. I made up my mind that I would go there soon. As I had also shared the information about the garden with my mother, who was planning to go there with her friend, I thought it would be nice to check it out to see whether it's easily accessible for her as she walks with a crutch.

One night I went to bed early. I woke up just before midnight to use the toilet. When I went back to bed, I had this strong urge to check my email. There was a message from the friend I had sent the roof garden link to. He asked if we could meet up later that day at the garden. I said yes.

Before I met my friend, I also went to the exhibition, which was the last day. It was about how the store was founded and how it has evolved over the last 150 years.

The roof garden was delightful. Despite the gloomy weather it did feel like a real garden; and you get a nice view of central London. They even had a TV showing the tennis at Wimbledon.

My friend  loved it!  He's one of a few friends I have who not only really gets me, he can see who I truly am behind the personality mask. It's always fun exchanging ideas with him.  He bought me some fruit juice and we had a lovely discussion about life.  The venue is also very accessible for my mother.

He who supplies the entertainment always provides the perfect opportunity to enjoy it. All I need to do is relax and let it happen.

Thank you, Love, for arranging everything perfectly!

No Private Conversations

Two days ago, I chatted to my mother about photos she was intending to have her friend take for her new passport. I reminded her that there are certain guidelines that the Passport Office requires us to follow for passport photos and it's best to have her photos professionally done. I even logged into the Passport Office website and showed her the kind of photos they accept.

Today, I noticed an article in the Mail about a woman who was complaining about how difficult it is to take passport photos for her baby's passport. She said it took hours for them to get the photos right .

I pointed out the article to my mother and told her the Universe had been eavesdropping our conversation again and inviting others to join in.

No conversation is ever private. The Universe is always listening.

Love is Always the Answer

I believe the underlying cause of all problems is fear, which then leads to the secondary cause i.e. fear of one thing or another.

Some examples of fear of one thing or another are:

Fear of accidents, aging, attack, boredom, death, disaster, failure, lack, life, loneliness, loss, love, pain, people, poverty, rejection, relationships, sickness, success, war etc.

What you fear, you end up attracting to you or repelling from your experience.

How do I dissolve fear?

By constantly acknowledging boundless, free and limitless Love as the only Cause, Power, Presence and Source, which dissolves the fear. Where there is no fear, the effects of fear dissolve into nothing as there is no longer the energy to sustain them.

In other words: No fear = no effects of fear.

I find working with affirmations very effective. My favourite affirmations are:

Love is all there is.
There is no fear in love.
Love casts out all fear.
Thank you, Love.

Love then does the work of healing, releasing, restoring and supplying the need.

Let's say I am feeling pain or unwell. I see the pain or sickness as manifestations of fear. I then acknowledge/affirm Love's presence and trust in Love to dissolve the fear.

The cause of all problems is fear.

The solution to all problems is acknowledging Love as the only Cause, Power, Presence and Source.

Love is all there is.

Note to Self - Slow Down!

As I was walking through my neighbourhood,  I spotted this woman walking ahead of me. I knew at the fast pace I was walking I would soon catch up with her. As I wasn't  in the mood to chat, I decided to walk down another road.

On the next road, I saw another woman who I lives around the area. I said a quick hello. Just as I was about to increase my pace, she said, "Are you in a hurry?"

I could see she wanted to chat.  She said she was on her way to the doctor for a checkup. She also said her mother was now in the country and living with her sister. She said at least her mother now had access to good health care.

It was then I recalled that the last time I saw her at the local supermarket she'd been concerned about her mother who was in the Caribbean and worried about her mother not having access to the health care we have in the UK. I remember assuring her that things will work out for the best. I was glad her mother was now being well looked after.

My friend also said her anxiety about her mother had affected her health. I told her to relax as that will help her.

We walked together for a while and she chatted about her son. Before we went our separate ways, I reminded her to relax.

On another road, I saw a man I usually see at the supermarket.  He asked me where I've been as he hasn't seen me in months. Just as I was about to shoot off, he stopped me and gave me a warm hug, which I reciprocated.  He then wished me well.

Note to self - slow down!  Relax! All is well!

The Power of Belonging

We tend to be willing to give help to and receive help from people who we belong to or belong to us.  When you see yourself as belonging to a particular family, nationality, race, religion, social group, etc then you are open to receive help from them.
What about those who are not in your family, social circle, nationality, race, religion, etc.  How do you reach out to them?
By expanding your sense of belonging?  You have to see everyone as belonging to you; see everyone as your brothers and sisters or part of you.  Only then are you open and willing to give and receive help.
When you know you belong to God, it is His responsibility to constantly look after you and sustain you.  And because He belongs to you as your Father/Mother/Source, you are open to receive all that He has to give.
I belong to God and God belongs to me.

Sweets and Treats

When I saw a man who lives in the neighbourhood with his beautiful Labrador dog, I crossed over the road to say hello and stroke the dog who was lying down. He said because his dog suffers from Arthritis, she has to take constant rests while they're on their walks.  While I was stroking the dog, she rolled over on her back so I could stroke her tummy. The man said she was pretending he hasn't got anything better to do than hang out with her.
He said they were on their way to an elderly neighbour's house where he usually leaves his dog in her garden while he's at work. I told him I know that neighbour and she's lovely. She often gives me bags of sweets and chocolates.  The last time I saw her, she asked me to go round for some more but I haven't got round to it as yet.
"Yes, her house is filled with nothing but sweets and dog treats," my friend said.
After I said goodbye to my friend and his dog, I got thinking about our nature as pure joy manifested in human forms as sweets and treats.
As babies, we all start off being nothing but joy. As we are conditioned by various beliefs and programming, a lot of us forget our nature as joy.  I have observed as people get older, a lot of them let go and revert to being pure joy.
There's no need to wait to get older to be sweets and treats.  We are sweets and treats now.
The world is instantly transformed into a wonderful place when we remember our nature as sweets and treats.

Father's Day

Today, people around the world are celebrating Father's Day and the love of a father.  Fathers are meant to provide for and protect their family.
I wasn't brought up with my human father and he's long since passed away.
I have only one Father and He is Light and my Source. Light is actually my Father and Mother.
Everything I need comes from my Father of Light which is then expressed in a human form or through humans.  My Father of Light expressed fatherly love through my uncle (my mother's older brother) who took on the role of provider.
Human fathers are only around for a short while and they are gone. Some of them can't even be relied upon.
I can always rely on my Father of Light who never lets me down.
As far as I'm concerned, every day is Father's Day!
Thank you, Father, for your constant loving care, supply and protection.

They Came To Me

I have a passion for pink cars, which are still very few and far between in London. Whenever I see one I get very excited.

Yesterday, as I was walking home, I asked the Universe to send me pink cars for me to admire. I didn't see any. I even walked down this road where I've seen a pink car before but it wasn't there.

This morning I was going to walk in to town but I found it too humid.  I decided to catch the bus instead. During the journey, I noticed a pink taxi driving by. We eventually caught up with it. For a few seconds, the bus was right behind my pink car. It was so beautiful!

Later in the day, I decided to walk back as it wasn't as hot as before. On the way, I noticed a lot of people wearing pink tops and pink shirts.  Soon after, another pink taxi drove right by me. I was really chuffed to see it.

The way the pink cars came to me reminds me of how I have observed the Universe works.  When I let go of the how and stop trying to make things happen, the cars came to me effortlessly.

Thank you, Universe, for sending me my pink cars. I look forward to seeing many more pink cars to admire.

Letting Go of Everything

Bert: There's more where they came from. ~~ Mary Poppins
I used to believe that forgiveness is about letting myself and others off the hook for any harmful thoughts, words and deeds caused and letting go of criticisms, grievances, grudges, hurts and judgments. I now see forgiveness in a different light.

As I see it, forgiveness is letting go of all experiences and memories, "good" and "bad."

Because my true self and essence is Infinite Love and nothing can be added to or taken away from Love.

Therefore, memories/experiences that I consider to be good cannot add to Love; neither can memories/experiences that I see as bad take away from Love. In other words, Love doesn't need to hold on to any memories/experiences because there's infinitely more of Love to express in every moment.

As I see it, life experiences are rather like pleasant and not so pleasant dreams that I have while I'm asleep; and when I wake up from them, they have no impact on my waking experience. Speaking of dreams, when I was 10 years old and on my way to school, I was hit by a car. On the moment of impact, I heard a Voice in my head telling me the accident wasn't real and I was dreaming. The way events unfolded was remarkable. If you are interested, you can read all about it here.

During the 1980s, I used to watch the American TV soap, Dallas. At the end of one series, Bobby Ewing, one of the main characters was killed off. In the next series, the Ewing family and Bobby's wife, Pam, had to come to terms with their loss and move on. After the fans appealed for Patrick Duffy, who played Bobby, to return, the writers relented and wrote Bobby Ewing back in. They explained his "death" as a dream that his wife Pam was having. At the time, I thought it was a stupid idea. It was only when I recalled the experience I'd had as a child that I got it. Bobby Ewing didn't die because it was one long dream that never happened in reality, just as the accident I was in was a dream that never happened in reality.

Back to the topic of forgiveness, it's perfectly understandable why, as humans, we feel the need to hold on to memories as we believe that we can learn from those experiences. In fact, our subconscious mind records all beliefs, experiences and memories. Unfortunately, those memories have become a trap for humanity. Subconscious memories cause humans to experience sickness, aging, lack, imperfection and death; and keep us caught in the life/death time loop.

How do we convince our subconscious mind to let go of all memories which manifest as our bodies and life experiences?

By seeing the subconscious rather like the Internet. See all memories, personal and collective, as data that can be explored and studied out of interest, but have no power to influence you as nothing can be added to or taken away from who You are.

Then keep reminding yourself that you are Love and Love doesn't hold on to anything.

Imagine what life will be like when we all live from that clean slate mentality, where every day is new and there are no consequences?

It doesn't matter what you ate the day before, the food has no impact on your body. You are still at your ideal weight.

It doesn't matter how hard you worked yesterday, today you feel even more energised.

It doesn't matter how many years you've lived, you are full of energy and life.

One of the benefits I've found of letting go is being able to tap into the inexhaustible energy within me. I can go for long walks and feel like I've done nothing. People keep telling me that I always look the same and never age. I have even experienced instantaneous healings from injuries by just reminding myself that they never happened. I also find life constantly unfolding in wonderful ways. I have documented hundreds of miracles in my blogs that I've experienced in my every day life.

For me, changing the world is about constantly practising letting go of everything. When I let go of my experience of the world, the world will also change.
Love doesn't hold on to anything.
Nothing can be added to or taken away from Love.

As I walking home, I heard the word  "Congratulation!" in my thoughts.

What for?  I asked myself but all I kept hearing was "Congratulation!"

I decided to play with the idea and thought to myself: "How about congratulation for having 1 million readers?"

I smiled at that idea.

I stopped off at a library to relax and check my emails on my phone.  I saw I had received several  messages. One of them was from the website Readwave that I contribute stories to and it read:
"This week we have an incredible opportunity for you to tell a million people how you would change the world!"
There was also a spam from the website LinkedIn asking me to congratulate someone for their job anniversary.

Now it made sense!

Congratulation for picking up your emails remotely!

The Return

While I was looking through the TV guide, I noticed a movie called Merlin: The Return which I haven't watched before. As I find Merlin interesting, I read the synopsis. I noticed the actor Rik Mayall was Merlin. I thought to myself, I didn't know he was in it. I made a mental note to watch it later but didn't get round to it.

I soon heard in the news that the same actor had suddenly passed away.

How interesting that the movie "Merlin: The Return" is shown on the day that Rik Mayall suddenly passes away.

I know that wherever you are, Rik Mayall, you are in peace.

Remember Where You Are!

Earlier today when I found myself getting upset about something, my Inner Voice said, "Remember where you are!"

Of course, I am not living in London, I am in the belly of the One. In other words, it doesn't matter what part of the world/universe I appear to be in, I live, move and have my being in the One/Self. Since there is only the One who is expressing infinite love, there's nothing to worry about. Everything is working out perfectly.

I had been thinking of posting an article I wrote a while back called "Unleashing the Hugging Monster" at Readwave, a bloggers website. I thought of a cute photo to go with the piece. As I love cats, I wanted a photo of two cats hugging but I couldn't find a photo I liked; or rather, I couldn't be bothered to look for one. So I settled for a photo with a teddy bear instead.

About two hours after I posted the piece, I received a forwarded email from a friend in Canada of an advert starring a cat and a kitten. I sent him a link of a British advert starring another cat. My friend then sent me another email with lots of cute photos of animals and people. In the subject of the email, my friend wrote: "some good pics Enocia." One of the photos was of a cat hugging a kitten, which I thought was just perfect for the article. I swapped the teddy bear photo with the photo of the cats.

How did my friend know what I needed?

I believe it was the Omniscient One that we all live in, who had inspired my friend in Canada to send the photos

When you always know where you live, there's nothing to worry about.  Everything is working out perfectly.

In the Belly of the One

When I have felt something wrong with a part of my body, I have explored what the cause was (if any) which has dissolved the effect. In other words, I have accepted responsibility for both creating and destroying the effect leading to my healing.

I believe just like I have many organs in my body, my human self is an organ in the Body of the One, my True Self, with its own unique eternal function. In other words, right now I am living in the Belly of the One. Therefore, if something goes awry, it is not my responsibility to resolve it (as I am only an organ); it is the responsibility of the One to resolve whatever "problem" there is so that I am in harmony again with the One. All I have to do is be still and let it happen.

Earlier today when it was breezy, I ended up with grit in one eye. At first I rubbed my eye but it started stinging. I then reminded myself that it's not my responsibility to fix it. In no time my eye was back to normal.

I live and have my being in the One.

Bus Delay

I had planned to meet a friend but I cancelled. On the actual day we were meant to meet up, I had a change of heart and decided to surprise him and go round to his place.

Before I left, I checked the bus timetable on the Internet and planned which one to catch that will get me to his place at the right time. I also put out an intention for my friend to be at home.

On the way to the bus stop, I met two neighbours who wanted to chat but I didn't mind as I had lots of time to catch the bus. At the stop, I waited and waited but there was no bus. I decided to walk to the main road where I could catch two other buses that travel to the area I was headed. Again, there was a long delay. I wondered what was happening. I caught the first bus that finally turned up.

When I arrived at my friend, he told me I was lucky as he'd been out and had only just got home 5 minutes ago.

What I thought was a delay was simply an opportunity for the Universe to synchronise our times perfectly.

When Things Come too Easy

In an episode of Star Trek the Next Generation called Hide and Q, the omnipotent being Q, pays the Enterprise crew a visit. To amuse himself, Q transports part of the crew to some reality to take part in a war game. Q also offers Commander Riker God-like powers. Riker believes that his new powers won't change him but the Captain is doubtful and advises Riker to refrain from using his powers. Riker believes he can use his powers to help others which he demonstrates by bestowing gifts on the bridge crew.

Riker transforms Wesley from a teenager to a young man ten years older; gives Geordi perfect eyesight; and gives Worf a Klingon mate. None of them are happy with their "gifts": Wesley tells Riker he prefers to grow up on his own merit; Geordi prefers to remain blind and depend on his visor; and Worf says he has no place in his life for a Klingon mate. Even Data, the Android, rejects Riker's gift to feel human emotions even though he's always been curious about what it's like to be human.

What I found fascinating about that episode is the human programming clearly at work i.e. why should things come easy when you haven't earned it or learned many lessons. In other words, no pain, no game!

I believe life isn't meant to be a struggle; it's meant to be easy. So if someone offers me my heart's desires without having to strive for them, I will be more than happy to receive, thank you very much.

Free Wifi

When I noticed I wasn't getting free Wifi at home, which I'm supposed to receive, I asked my brother about this. He noticed a message which kept saying the Wifi was being authenticated but not connecting. He tested his phone to see if he could connect it to the Wifi and it did. He suggested I phone my mobile provider to see if they were blocking me from receiving free Wifi at home.

The mobile provider customer assistant I spoke to told me it is not their policy to prevent their customers from receiving free Wifi at home if you're entitled to it. He said he's had a similar problem before and suggested I switch off and switch on my phone and the hub and see if it works. It didn't. My brother thought there was probably a problem with my phone since his phone could connect to the Wifi. In my thoughts, I prayed for my phone to be connected. I tried it again and the phone was connected, which meant I can have free Wifi at home.

I believe being able to receive free Wifi is rather like being connected to Source where all our unlimited good come from. I believe it is our Divine Right to be connected to and receive from Source but our human programmes lead us to believe that we have to earn our good.

How do you "reconnect" to Source?

Ignore the human programmes and keep reminding yourself that you are always connected to Source or ask for the "blocks" to be removed.

I am one with Source now and forever!
